If you do not order an optical drive, a USB CDROM is required for the installation.

BIOS Settings

For correct operation, the following settings must be configured in the BIOS setup:

	System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration > System Options > SATA Controller Options Embedded SATA Configuration : Enable SATA AHCI Support
	System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration > System Options > Processor Options Processor x2APIC Support : Disabled
	System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration > Boot Options Boot Mode : Legacy BIOS Mode
	System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration > Server Availability Automatic Power-On : Always Power On

After any changes to the built-in network cards or connected drives, the change must be confirmed in the BIOS with F2 and then rebooted via the BIOS menu. Otherwise the built-in PCIe cards are not addressable.
